We were in the market for a counter depth refrigerator/freezer and decided on this model.
We have an older GE Profile range that we really like and wanted to keep, we are going to be remodeling our kitchen, and decided to stay with the brand. Overall we are pleased. It seemed to be a little noisy after it was first installed. Through some research, we made sure it was perfectly level and it seemed to take care of that issue. It also seemed to run more than our last refrigerator. It is just two of us in the house so we tried filling the refrigerator as much as we possibly could. That definitely seemed to help with that issue. The refrigerator as more than enough room for two, so I'm sure it will be fine for a larger family.
Overall we are happy with this model and hope it lasts as long as our previous non-GE refrigerator.

Awesome Fridge

Had to wait 7 months from time of order, but well worth the wait. We did not want the external water / ice dispenser model as we wanted more inside storage space. More space in the door for storage if you don't have the exterior door dispenser. Still has internal water dispenser and ice in the freezer.
