Beautiful looks, disappointing performance

I had this refrigerator installed mid-March, 2015. Since then the refrigerator unit has stopped working twice. I had it service in May and again in June for a faulty fan motor. After installation of the second motor, I was told that this one was a different model and should not cause any further problems. So far, the refrigerator has been fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loud, water dispenser awkward to use. Not as nice as Profile that was replaced after 6 years.

Poor Perfrmance

We bought this refrigerator last March 2015. in a month one of the trays broke, and 3 months later, the fan stopped working shutting the whole system down until the fan was replaced 4 days later. No fridge for 4 days!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spoiled food

Disappointed with product. After two months, fan and computer board lost communication. Resulted in spoiled food, lengthy repair analysis.

Just purchased Frig. I looks great and very quite compared to 15 year Profile. Noticed a couple of problems:
1. I think it's to much water leaking and overflowing into frig. from inside water dispenser. The manual stated it's normal for drops but there should be a method to catch the water drops like the tray on outside water dispensers to allow it evaporate.
2. Left door not closing on it's own but I understand it can be adjusted.

Counter-Depth Fridge

I have owned this product for a little more than one month. So far I've been satisfied.
Pros:
-Aesthetically pleasing
-Adequate storage for a small family
-Ice maker
-Internal water filtration and dispenser
-Easily adjustable shelves

Cons:
-Outside doors are non-magnetic
-The freezer portion of the refrigerator adjusted the temperature (in the bottom compartment) creating frost on the contents of the freezer (suspected glitch)
-The french doors do not close with just the momentum of the door's swing. They must be deliberately closed which has led to the fridge being left slightly ajar on several occasions

Nice refrigerator but it is a bit noisy

Were were somewhat limited in selecting a new refrigerator because we needed counter depth and there are that many available. We are pleased with the features, lighting, configuration, etc. We were a little worried about some of the on-line reviews that said it was noisy and it definitely is compared to the one we replaced. I told my wife that the good news we don't sleep in the kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!
