Good Unit But

Handles are fingerprint magnetic, internal water dispenser has no catch basin so you get drips in side when using the water dispenser. Counter depth gives good appearance in the kitchen but to some degree you lose the advantage of the french doors allowing large platters in without the depth to accommodate the platters.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Prblems already...

Unfortunately, we have had a couple o issues with this product already. The freezer has gotten stuck a number of times (unable to open) and we also seem to have a higher than normal amount of condensation in the refrigerator at times (comes and goes). Additionally, the part of the door that is supposed to swing shut to create he seal between the doors doesn't swing and we have to pull it up from the bottom. It's like it shifts down and that shift makes it so it doesn't swing when the left door is closed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful looks, disappointing performance

I had this refrigerator installed mid-March, 2015. Since then the refrigerator unit has stopped working twice. I had it service in May and again in June for a faulty fan motor. After installation of the second motor, I was told that this one was a different model and should not cause any further problems. So far, the refrigerator has been fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loud, water dispenser awkward to use. Not as nice as Profile that was replaced after 6 years.

Poor Perfrmance

We bought this refrigerator last March 2015. in a month one of the trays broke, and 3 months later, the fan stopped working shutting the whole system down until the fan was replaced 4 days later. No fridge for 4 days!

Disappointed with product. After two months, fan and computer board lost communication. Resulted in spoiled food, lengthy repair analysis.

Just purchased Frig. I looks great and very quite compared to 15 year Profile. Noticed a couple of problems:
1. I think it's to much water leaking and overflowing into frig. from inside water dispenser. The manual stated it's normal for drops but there should be a method to catch the water drops like the tray on outside water dispensers to allow it evaporate.
2. Left door not closing on it's own but I understand it can be adjusted.
