The freezer handle comes off all the time and the compressor is loud but the design is awesome!

Counterdepth works!

I was hesitant to downsize my refrigerator because my old one always seemed full. Now I realize it was full of stuff that got pushed to the back and forgotten! I actually like the counterdepth a lot, not only for the built-in look it gives my kitchen, but that I can actually see everything in it easily and use things up. The freezer compartment seems very small and can be a little tight, but I knew that going in. I have a garage freezer so that's not a big deal to me. If it were your only freezer and you like to buy in bulk, you'll need another freezer somewhere.

I love the bright lighting it has and how nice and quiet it works. Plus it has a lot of

The refrigerator is spacious and good quality.
The location of the interior water dispenser is poorly designed and very difficult to access.
The freezer is almost impossible to open. The handle came off within 2 months.
The exterior is very difficult to maintain.
