I'm so happy with my purchase. This refrigerator works beautifully and is laid out very nicely inside. I love the shelves on the inside doors because they are quite roomy. Counter depth was an important feature for me; it fits so much better than our last one! There is a water spout inside instead of on the exterior front door so no more water running down the front causing staining. There is plenty of room inside but not so much that you lose items in the back. It has a great tray at the bottom for storing larger pan items. Freezer is quite roomy. This product is a win!!

Poor design on freezer door handle

Have owned this fridge for only 3 weeks and already, the freezer door handle needs replacing. It comes off if door is pulled open too hard. The handle is attached with cheap screws. Hoping that the new handle works. The fridge itself is great, it's the freezer door that has bad design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we like the storage areas inside: shelving, drawers and door pockets. For being counter depth it is very roomy inside. Vegetables are kept fresh. Even the quality of the ice is great.
