Nice looking Refrigerator

I have had the refrigerator for almost 3 months. It has good features, and is good looking inside and out. I didn't want to pay for the water dispenser on the door, but it does have one inside. The water does taste better than my tap water, but I have to keep the refrigerator open to get the water. So I have a slight regret of not getting the dispenser in the door. My only complaint is the temperature does fluctuate a bit inside. I understand opening the door on a hot day will allow it to rise a bit, but we had an occasion when things started to freeze when I had the temperature set at 37 degrees. After that, I started using a refrigerator thermometer and I have seen a range of 32-42 degrees after it has been closed for an extended amount of time. Most of the time it is 37-40, so I'm okay with it. I just scratch my head when it gets to the more extreme temperatures of 32 or 42 degrees on occasion. I'll admit we bought the brand because GE was the only one to offer the slate color. All in all, we are pretty happy with the refrigerator.

We really like the large amount of storage in the doors of our refrigerator. We like the freezer compartment on the bottom too.

spacious for a counter depth

I am so happy with everything this fridge has to offer. Very roomy for a counter depth, the lighting is great, and its great looking. Ice maker makes plenty of ice, and it is a very quiet fridge.

We bought this as a package due to color and had an issue with the seal on the freezer, but the seller sent a repairman to fix it and now works great.

Great Cabinet Depth Refrigerator

Very pleased with this refrigerator. Love the pull-out freezer and double door setup, you can see everything at a glance without having to move stuff around. You can open and close either of the refrigerator section doors independently (don't need to open both doors at the same time). Keeps consistent temperature and seems very energy efficient (doesn't run the compressor much). Each large shelf in the door on one side are capable of placing one gallon of milk and a 2.7 quart juice container side by side in the same shelf. I wasn't interested in a cold water dispenser, but has a basic one on the inside if you're into that.

Lots of space!

Had the refrigerator for a couple of months and can't believe how much space we have in the counter depth vs the one we replaced. What space i gained on the doors i lost in the drawers however. Many brands only offer the ice and water on the door but you eliminate the interior space, which is why we chose this refrigerator since the ice is in the freezer and water inside the refrigerator. The drop down shelf is perfect for eggs but I had to keep my old egg tray, one is not provided. The brackets holding the shelves are designed much better than my old one too.

Love it! Just one minor thing...

This is a great fridge! The only thing I would caution people on is their description of the sides as “dark grey.” They are basically black. The attached photo is a black baking sheet next to the fridge. Not a huge deal because most of my other stainless steel appliances have black in them. It was just darker than expected.
