Great space for a counter depth refrigerator

I was looking for a counter depth fridge with max fresh food capacity and lots space for gallon bins. Most came with door ice & water dispenser, which although useful, took away all gallon storage from left doors. After lot of research found this one. And am very happy with my purchase. It looks great and I have already been able to store 5 gallon bins on the doors!
Some improvements:
The internal water dispenser is a bit of a hassle to use. You have to open left door to operate it and the button requires continuous pressing o/w water stops flowing. The button is also a bit hard to press. If they made it easier to use (with one hand for instance), it will be much easier.

The French door seal has been improved over previous models working easily and effectively. The shelving is well thought out and easy to adjust. The unit is quiet. The freezer door feature that draws out the upper draw slight as the main door opens is a nice and convenient touch. The bright LED lighting pointing inward effectively lights the interior without shining in your eyes.

With new kitchen remodel, we decided to go with the counter-depth refrigerator and love having those extra inches of space in our walkway. The refrigerator seems so much quieter than our previous one! Love it!

The board died after 3 years.....

I like the design of the frig, but was very disappointed that the electronics went out after 3 years. Very expensive fix since the warranty did not include this. This is the first frig in my 70 years that has pooped out. It is the second GE Profile appliance that died in less than 3 years....I would not recommend the products at ALL. Very unreliable!

Beautiful machine

Minor hiccup setting it up but managed to correct the problem by removing a piece of packaging and adding the tip over bracket. Since then, it works beautifully. I love the adjustable shelves and layout of the interior. The deciding feature was the short depth of the unit and the exterior finish.

I really like this refrigerator. I just wish the inside water dispenser was placed in a better spot and it would be nice if you didn't have to hold the button to release the water until your cup is full.

Have had this refrigerator less than a month and love it so far! A fair amount of room for a counter depth and love the sturdy and flexible shelves as well! It’s been pretty quiet too!

Great Features and clean look

I bought this over a month now to replace a Another brand refrigerator with in door ice and water that was leaking water on floor even when not being used. I am very happy with the GE so far. No more mopping water off kitchen floor.
