We liked the sleek look of the front of the refrigerator since the water and ice functions are inside. We opted for this because so many refrigerators with outside access have problems. Consumer Reports say 75% of refrigerators with outside water/ice WILL develop problems. Also love the counter depth component as it looks great in our smaller kitchen. I am surprised though as to how hard you have to tug to open the freezer door and to a lesser extent the refrigerator doors. But better tight than loose. We're very happy with it!

This is an awesome refrigerator. So glad I chose the counter depth model, was vacillating between this unit an another model. So, So happy with this counter depth model. Looks great in the kitchen and fits well into the cabinetry. Inside is so bright with the LED lighting, easy to get in and out of and find what your looking for. Plenty of space for leftovers. and wisher quite. This model complements my kitchen. Thanks GE!!!
