Great with Some Glitches

The item is fine in pricing etc and nice looking. It works fine. My only complaint is the paper tray is cheaper and more flimsy compared to my last Brother all in one. It constantly gets jammed ... other than that its great. If it weren't for the paper tray problem it would have gotten a 4 star rating

Best printer I have ever owned

This printer does nearly everything. The quality of the print is consistently great. It has duplex printing and even prints on inkjet printable disks. I love this printer. I had a problem with my original printer after about 10 months and customer service quickly arranged to have another one sent to me. This is a good company who honors its warranty and I will not hesitate to purchase other products from Brother.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Won't print from Samsung Chromebook

I have gone back and forth between Brother and Samsung about printing via wifi from the Chromebook and each points its finger at the other as to why it will not work. The bottom line is that it simply doesn't. While I like the printer for its other qualities, I would not recommend it if you plan to print from a Chromebook.

Now using an HP all in one

Had to take this all in one to the repair shop twice. It kept grabbing multiple pages. It was annoying and expensive to keep getting a page printed between 2 sheets.
I have to say though Brother did make good and replaced my Brother printer with brand new printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a replacement and upgrade machine. I haven't had a need to ask for any assistance. It has worked flawlessly. It even cleans itself.
