Now, it's the best

VERY hard to get it to recognize my wireless signal. BUT...customer support was brilliant. DO NOT TURN IT OFF or you will disconnect. Whew. Now, it's incredible. Ink (original ink) is lasting forever (even though I bought regular cartridges), print quality is wonderful (except for certain photos but I don't really use it for that).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple to set up, Easy to use

I bought this printer because it was inexpensive, I was surprised at how easily it set up and how well it works, a great scanner and superb printer, both photos and general two sided printing.
Seems to have everything.
My old printer, from a big two letter company, never worked right and the setup was a nightmare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm so glad I bought this product. Print's well clear sharp fast. The ink it came with last long even though it was a start up kit. I'm still using the the the kit it came with it after 3 months. I print alot for school and work.

Fantastic All-In-One Machine

This is my first Brother printer, and I must say that it is a better product than some all-in-one HPs that I have had before. It was easy to set up, and is very easy to operate. Its scanning features are nice too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent

After using my printer for about 2 months I only have a word. Excellent.
After using Epson and Lexmark printers, this is one of the best I have used.
Easy sending Faxes and making copies. Printer was another story. At first the colors was washed out. (But with Epson happened the same) So I load color profiles from Adobe, AGFA and other and experimented until I obtain a good profile. Now the colors are vibrant.
I don't use WiFi, so I cannot tell anything about it. But the LAN connection is an added bonus.
Also a Bonus is the capacity to print CD's and Photos. Also I liked the paper tray.
Another happy bonus was it's capacity to make duplex printing.
The only problem is that my paper comsumption has skyrocketed.
It's a professional printer for the price of a home printer.
I only hope is as durable and solid as my previous Epson.

Best Inkjet Printer Ever

I have had my Brother MFC-J825DW for about 3 months now. It replaced 2 HP Inkjets I was using. It has performed flawlessly all the tasks I have used it for. I especially like the Print on DVD feature and the scanning feature. I have owned 9 Brother printers in the past, MFCs, Laser MFC, and several laser printers. I have never been diappointed with Brother quality, The MFC-J825DW is by far the Best one yet. I haghly recommend this printer to anyone considering a HP printer, this is a great alternative and lower cost both for the machine and supplies.
