EXCELLENT PRINT RESULTS, FAST MODE WITH GOOD QUALITY, DUPLEX PRINTING, PRINTS ON CD'S. WISH IT SCANNED IN DUPLEX.

Easy to set up, easy to use, excellent features, no prolonged wait or prolonged noises prior to printing or faxing!!!!!

Excellent machine

This printer has preformed exceptionally well. This was my first Brother printer and I did not fully know what to expect, but it out performed any of my previous HP or Epson printers.
I certainly recommend this machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was looking for printer that had low ink cost. Still
using starter cartridges so will have to see. Unit works well but plastic seems flimsy, nothing broken yet. My biggest complaint has to do with paper tray. Have to remove each time to see how much left. One of reasons for purchasing

Printer has problems

The printer prints fine when it doesn't jam, which is quite frequent. The ink is low symbol pops up way before the ink is really low. I close it out and iy pops up again within 30 seconds (very irritating). It is also hard to tell when you are low on paper. Other than that iy is an OK printer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this machine for my small business office. It does all that it says and I am so delighted with it!
The double sided printing can't be beat!
The paper feed function for quick copies of multiple pages and multiple page faxes is the best!!
I absolutely LOVE this printer.
Just F.Y.I - Brother customer support is the best of the best! Always friendly, patient and knowledgable.

A good purchase

I purchased this printer in December to replace an older model. I have found this to be an excellent printer which is networked to three different computers. The print quality on paper has been excellent. I was disappointed in the quality when I tried printing to a hub printable white CD. The image was very faded and not sharp or true color quality. All other functions work great and make this a good purchase value for the money paid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brother printer and I have liked them all this MFC-J825DW is the best. Easy to use, print looks great and my wife who has never used a wireless printer thinks it is the greatest thing ever. I'm getting ready to buy a new Brother printer for my office (one of my employees has laid claim to the old printer) and it will have to be the Brother MFC-J825DW. Thanks!
