[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as it was advertised for a garage refrigerator. So far - it's working like a champ! Thanks to Frigidaire - they are the only ones that make a refrigerator for said room.

Nice looking fridge

I got this fridge a month ago and I do like it. It still takes some getting used to, since I had a side-by-side before. It is pretty spacious, but sometimes it gets tricky to reach items in the back of the shelves. One thing I do not care about is how long it is running when it turns on, seems really long and as soon as the door gets opened. Also, I would have expected it to be somewhat quieter - it is brand new, after all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hey there, seppel! I can imagine your concern. New refrigerators have more energy efficient compressors that run longer, but they use less electricity than they did in the past. The new refrigerators are designed to save energy, and they are equipped with low energy consumption fans and compressors. ~ Brandi

Affordable and roomy, but it is very noisey. Also I have had the brackets on the door shelves pop off twice already when I open the door

It is ok the ice maker leaks and drips down my freezer so i have frozen ice in the everywhere if the tray isnt placed just right

Energy efficiency (sort of). Making noises.

Liked the energy efficiency rating. Supposedly only 387 KWH per year, but didn't really expect that. I used an energy meter to check actual use for 28 days. Actual use is 886 KWH per year, which is still half of what its predecessor, so still happy with the upgrade (sort of). Started making minor noises (occasionally) only a couple of days after getting it. With only a one year warranty, if the noises get worse I will have to report it before it expires.

Really keeps food cold

I bought this 2 months ago and am really delighted. It keeps food cold consistently through out all the space, no warm areas or areas susceptible to freezing. I love the finish. It is smooth as is the handle which makes it easy to keep clean.
