This is a great machine. Easy to set up with all the features my small office needs. I like the large paper capacity and the ease of putting in cartridges. The cartridges last a long time and the print quality is very good. Its quite to run and does everything my old laser machine does but better. Coulcn't be happier.

We used an Epson Laser Printer for many years and were very satisfied with it, using it for 8 - 9 years!. The Photo conductor unit packed up and it wasn't economical to replace it . We were disappointed that Epson was not importing any laser printers so we went for the Epson InkJet Printer. WP 4540. We have only used it for a few weeks and are happy with its features which have not been fully exploited yet. The printing side of it is excellent.

There were some issues with printing previously and that was the main reason for wanting another printer. I bought this printer because of it's multifunctions and great value. The bonus was that it made my printing experience so wonderful in that I could print wirelessly through either WiFi or ethernet. The quality of the output is great.

I haven't used the fax function, but it's been very easy to use for everyday document printing, photo copying, or for high quality photo printing.
The quality of printing depends on the quality of paper used, regular paper would give a less sharp letters compared to laser printing probably due to the nature of ink. But again, the quality of image on photo paper is amazing!
The draw back of the printer that the touch screen is quite difficult to use, it's nothing like touch screen on the smartphone. It's more like a guess work and "hope I can hit the sensor this time" thumb excercise game.
