glass top problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this product a couple of years ago. The smaller ring on the quick boil glass is coming off. It's not burnt on food because I use a window scraper and the proper cleaning product. I have had glass top stoves before but this has never happened to me. The oven works just as good as less expensive ovens. For what we paid for this stove I would expect better quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Kitchen was remodeled and all new Frigidaire Gallery appliances were installed. I was unaware that every time you used a burner and/or oven that the fan would come on. This is a nuisance. Hopefully Frigidaire can come up with a solution to this issue. Another issue is you can't remove the burner knobs to clean under them. I do like that there is a lip over the counter and that it's not flush with the counter ... it makes for cleaning any spills easy and that was the major priority for buying this

Design flaw

Raised plastic heat sensitive ridge along heating surface is prone to being melted by hot pots. Difficult to adjust proper heat on burners. Front mounted knobs easy to accidentally turn on when reaching to microwave above.
I would recommend this to a friend!

One peice of junk

Per your technicians, the grease buildup between the glass on the door. The glass is not built tight from the factory because the glass will shatter if the oven gets to hot in self clean mode. So why is Frigidaire selling these stove knowing they don't clean properly?
