So perfect

Burner it's warmer in middle it is so handy, love the big door and the way the oven bakes so evenly and also the fan that comes on when ever the oven is on it keeps my kitchen from heating up when oven is on I'm really looking forward in making our thanksgiving dinner

Great features

Good Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good stove. I have not had an issue with it during the one year that I have had it so far. The top of the stove does stain fairly easily from boiling spots, which can make it hard to clean.

Too loud

I bought the Frigidaire slide-in range - FGES3065PF in November 2016. To date, it works fine but there are a few things that I am not happy about. First, the oven fan (which automatically turns on - this is the normal oven bake setting, not convection) is super LOUD. I have an open floor plan in my home and if I have the oven on, I literally have to talk louder when guests are visiting so they can hear me. When I turn on any burner, a fan immediately comes on (also LOUD) and the fan blows cold air right in front of where I stand to cook. The fan air warms up a bit after the burner stays on for a while but it is still not a pleasant experience to be yelled at and blown on when you're cooking. The other thing that's not pleasing is how easily the range surface scratches. You cannot slide a pot from one burner to another without scratching the surface. I also find it difficult to clean even though I'm using a Frigidaire recommended range surface cleaner. I agree with another reviewer that the plastic around the controls is not only cheap looking (this is not an inexpensive range) but can easily melt if a hot pan touches it. On the upside, it does cook well but had I known about the volume of the fan and wind it blows, I would not have purchased this product.

slide in range

The storage drawer drags on the floor when opened. The service person had to drill new holes to raise the flimsy drawer. The plastic around the control panel on the range top will melt and this poor design is called a cosmetic problem and your warranty will not cover it. My recommendation: Don't buy this range.

fan blows cold air whenever the stove is on

I have to wear a coat whenever I cook!! Because a fan blows cold air out of the stove just above the oven door even if a burner is just on low. This is a very bad design flaw. I am going to have to buy a different stove because I don't want to be mad and cold every time I cook. I just remodeled my kitchen and replaced all my appliances. This stove was my most expensive purchase. Bad job Frigidaire. I expected better from you.
