[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on my third one (they seem to last about five years) of this corner-friendly, space-saving microwave and hope you never stop making it! A game-changer for those of us with limited counter space.

Nice but bad design, will not buy again

After 2 years the microwave developed the same problem as several other reviewers mentioned. It began sparking at the bottom of the waveguide cover. I think this is a bad design. In this microwave the waveguide cover goes from the very top to the very bottom of the microwave. We keep our microwave very clean. However It's easy for the food particles to get stuck under the bottom of the cover and it can't be cleaned up and eventually it will start arcing. The cover is not easily removable it's glued to the wall and secured with one time use plastic buttons which break when removed. The replacement cover is not even available for sale, you'd have to buy a sheet mica and cut one out yourself. Expensive nice little microwave but bad design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fire Hazard

We’ve had this microwave for only 2 3/4 yrs. So upset when we saw sparks coming from behind the silver colored panel where it meets the interior floor. It looked the same as the other pictures posted in these reviews. If it wasn’t for those sparks, this microwave would have received 5 stars.

Happy at first but…

We bought this microwave a couple of years ago as it fit perfectly in the corner of our kitchen. Unfortunately, as others have reported, we have experienced the same issue with sparking from the wave cover. As this doesn’t seem to be a new problem, why would you continue to sell a product that has a short life span with no way to repair it? Has this problem been addressed in newer models?

Unsafe

Have had two of these in the past 4 years or so. Both started sparking and flaming under normal use-food covered, etc. Have read similar reviews. Would not recommend buying this.

Didn't last long

I bought this microwave in October 2014 and it lasted until December 2016. While warming my coffee for 45 seconds, it began making a loud buzzing noise and smoke started coming out of the side. Needless to say it no longer works. I loved this microwave because it fit perfectly where I needed it and functioned great until it didn't...

Sparking inside and vibrating sound

Loved this microwave until the sparks started shooting inside!Repair requires a new Waveguide Cover which is not available from parts or service ( transferred between 3 dept)! Now it's only value is trash... and must buy another unit

THIS IS THE SECOND IN A ROW nether one worked, out of the box all controls worked, turn table, lights, timers, clock, works, no heat!!! NO service!!!, counter top micros not serviced
