Perfect small microwave

The very best microwave I’ve ever had. It is so convenient for a small kitchen because the controls are below, which not only makes it narrower, it also allows you to set the plate or dish going into the microwave on the counter in front of the microwave while you open the door. (Unless I have a taller dish, but the door easily clears a dinner plate or an individual soup bowl.) That’s a big help when space is tight in a kitchen. It fits in the corner at an angle which is also great. My dinner plates just fit the diameter of the rotating glass tray and it’s tall enough for heating a two cup silicone measuring cup of water. The controls are very easy to use. Seconds are added in 15 second increments or up to the next 15 second increment which makes it easy to add a few seconds. The reduced power options make it easy to warm things more gently for the ideal texture. It’s always been powerful enough to get the job done. I’ve had this model of microwave for years now and don’t ever plan to buy a different model. Mine is now 6 years old.

Small round black microwave that smells like some

I’m afraid to use this microwave. It’s making loud noise like something’s going to short out real quick it also starting to have a strong smell like burnt wiresworried about this microwave catching on fire.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrific compact microwave

I have had this microwave for five years and it has worked perfectly. It is the only size who’s width will fit in my cabinetry. I hope you keep this model in stock as it is reliable and the only one I can find that fits a corner perfectly and works so well. I hope you continue to make this model for many years as it is an only option do to its narrow size.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Caught fire in same place as others

Happy Easter, scary experience! Warming food for family dinner, begins sparking waves like metal is in there, opened the door and had burnt in the same place as others. This unit had minimal use & was well taken care of. No more whirlpool for us.

Disappointed

I bought this last May to fit in a small space in my kitchen. Today the door melted, I guess the heat from the stove was too much, which seems odd for a kitchen appliance. Bummer for a microwave priced higher than many. It also bugged me that I couldn't enter the exact cook time I wanted. RIP

I absolutely loved this microwave until a very scary incident occurred. The microwave caught fire during a very normal and routine use for us. I have only had the unit a few of years and it seems difficult to replace as it always out of stock. This was expensive to only last a few years.
