Space saver but at what cost?

Our 10 year old microwave died and we needed to replace it so we invested in this one. Whirlpool has a great brand name! Unfortunately it short circuited less than a year after purchase (daily use). Warranty kicked in (excellent customer service) but sad that microwave did not live up to brand expectations. Would be great if used once in a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to the fact a household member can't access a microwave over the stove, and that I wanted to hide it on a small counter, the fit is perfect. The small size is the only one I found on the market, and a welcome change from the others. Love it. Love the fact I can see what's going on in there too.

Perfect countertop microwave......

This microwave is perfect for my limited space kitchen. It fits perfectly in the corner of my countertop. Perfect size for my family. Everyone who comes into my house remarks at how beautiful it looks.

Just bought this for my Mothers tiny apartment. Fits perfectly on counter, no more need to use oven for everything. Best part is it is very simple to operate. For what she does, just two buttons is all that's needed. Way to go!!

This microwave is great if you:*have a small kitchen*want to save counter space*only use the microwave to reheat small itemsPro's:*small size*simple to operate*clock in front that shows time*good priceCon's:*its loud.*cardboard in the interior cabin. (-2 on design and qualityrating)Hope this helps.

Just what I needed

When my over the range microwave broke down I didn't have money saved up to go and buy another one. But I saw this wonderful microwave compact And perfect. I thought I just have to try it. We have had it for about 4 months and it's wonderful everything I need my 8 year old knows how to hear up his cold pizza:) I love it.. And defently get another one if I needed it..:) thank you whirlpool!!!
