Very Good but Not Brilliant

Was after a Netbook but noticed this. A little larger but not as big as a laptop. Fab size. Also quality of keyboard and screen was better. A thing which still stands out now. Worth the extra £100 over a netbook. Holds it's battery charge well and doesn't take long to charge up. Also the charge cable is of decent length, plugs into unit at sensible place, which allows comfortable use whilst being charged. Disapointed with it's processing power though. Wasn't expecting much as after a portable device, but the spec sheet promises more than delivered. Only use every now and again but would frustrate if used as main computer. Other niggling isses are from the very smart black shiney case, it attracts dirt and tricky to open with chubby fingers like I've got! Overall nice to use, quality good, simple to set up and very portable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wanted a small laptop to keep in my briefcase to use at work for job costing,keeping records,showing customers photographs of past works etc. I already have two 17" HP laptos which are brilliant but a little to big sometimes to be portable, so the small one is perfect, fast boot up,brilliant sharp clear monitor, full size keyboard, and fast processor. I am not dissapointed, but that is why I bought HP.

Very slow to boot up. Touch pad not sensitive enough. All in all, not a good product and I would recommend you save up a little more and purchase quality and value for money.

Worst Purchase Ever

I have never seen such an improper product by HP and may never see a more improper one again. I never expected such quality-free laptop from such a well-known company like HP. Facts are;
1. Very slow even when you are only Facebooking! 2. Gets hotter than you will ever expect during normal load, hotter if you multi-function it. 3. If you reformat it you will regain a speedy performance for no more than a couple of weeks.
The only positive thing about it is its keyboard layout and design. I love it.

Bought this as a 2nd, more portable workstation for running my own business. Overall, I'm delighted with it, although it does have a tendency to run slower than usual from time to time for no apparent reason (I've tried all the obvious solutions) and it's not really suitable for long periods of working or close figure work. But then, it never promised to be. As a machine on which I can search the web, draft brief reports and work for limited periods while on the move, it's excellent and I'm really happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the worst computer i have owned. It is Slow (and i have not installed anything on it). It crashes on a regular basis and i have to use the system restore everytime microsoft installs updates.
I have had to restore to factory settings to get it working.
