Good Features but not the keyboard!

I've had the phone for about 8 months. It worked great until a couple months ago, then the keyboard started giving me issues. I had to replace the phone once and now the same problem is back again. Thinking of switching phones again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve owned IPhone & Android, decided to give Blackberry another go after looking at the Passport. This phone in one word AWESOME if you want to get work stuff done. Awesome screen, phone call quality and speakers are the best on any phone hands down. You have the option of loading app from Amazon or side load with Snap. Most Android applications will work fine on the Passport. Blackberry 10.3 is fluid and runs like a dream no LAG! Work email and calendar best in class and Enterprise IM for chat. Thanks Blackberry for coming back to the table with a serious business machine. IPhones are great, I still have mine for games and such but when I need to get the job done over 70% of my day out comes the Berry :)

Twice as fast. Beautiful intelligent keyboard. Great phone design. You can choose LED light color in the settings menu. Battery life is beyond extraordinary. Speakers are amazing. Camera is better than the z10 and iPhone 6, not the 6+ though.
The screen: I cannot accurately rave about the beauty of this screen, you'll just have to wait. Beyond words.(495dpi and Gorilla Glass 3).

Had a blackberry since the World 8830. If you're looking at this phone, congratulations. This is the little box that will quickly become integral with your life just as many other blackberries have done in the past.

Excellent battery life. Mine lasts 38 hours on a single charge. Blend is so helpful. All notifications that are on your phone now appear on your computer. As you type, it appears on the other device. No cloud waiting. The screen resolution is awesome. Very crisp and no blur. The keyboard is simply perfect. It learns how you type and predicts the next word. Backlit for low light situations. You can also scroll on it instead of the screen. The camera is very nice. Sharp pictures in normal mode or in panoramic. All the apps you need or want available through the Amazon App Store or Blackberry World. Both are represented on the phone. Sturdy construction and gorilla glass! Blackberry Messenger security, Executive Assistant, email, texting, ...

This truly is a remarkable device

I had the pleasure of trying out this device before I purchased it, and there are a few obvious things that will always be mentioned, like the size of the device (substantially smaller than the iPhone 6+ or LG Flex...etc). However, the screen is as sharp and as clear as any on the market. The speakers reproduce such high quality ranges from low to high. The antenna provides the most reliable connectivity of any phone to date. The keyboard serves as a trackpad, allowing you to scroll through pages or lines in documents, and like it's touchscreen brethren, swipe up suggested words, or even delete them by swiping to the left in the keyboard.
Aside from those things, an incredible addition of BlackBerry Blend, which allows you to link up to any compatible tablet, laptop, or computer, to gain direct access to your device's documents, messages, emails, pictures- literally, full access to your connected device.
For those who love specs, the Passport does not disappoint in the least. 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB internal storage (expandable to 128 GB via SD card), a 2.2 GHz quad-core processor, and an unbelievable 30 hrs of batterylife.
Lastly, something that should not be understated is the unbelievable clarity of BBM Voice and BBM Video. The QNX software behind BlackBerry 10's os is paving the way in communication. There is no phone call that sounds more clear. There is no video that comes in more defined.
