This phone far exceeded my expectations. I love the large screen and the physical keyboard which allows me to reply back to my emails with taking half of the screen. The Amazon Appstore is a great plus too... To all of you that think Blackberry is a thing of the past, you've been PUNK'D!!!!

I love this phone. Keyboard is great. Huge screen. I wish it had access to more apps, but this is my only complaint.

The nicest BlackBerry yet. Clearly this is not a toy, like most smartphones. BB has created the most functional tool for school and business I've seen yet. Life just became so much easier. So long Apple.

The keyboard design and function are intuitive and without flaw -- the best keyboard I have ever used. The display is crisp and clear. All aspects of navigation embedded within the device are logical and easy to learn and use and quite useful. The hub is very handy. I love the flashing light that signifies a new message. I use the Passport for business and personal communications, primarily. However, the apps loaded and those available all work well and are enough for me. The sound is clear and volume can be loud. The speakers belt out impressive volume and sound quality, I must say. I do not regret this purchase in any way, it is the best and most compekte smartphone I have ever used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a BB Torch years ago and the best thing about it was the keyboard. After that went to a Samsung Captivate w/keyboard. The OS was better than BB but the keyboard was now. With BB Passport, I have everything I had with the Android and I have this huge keyboard I adore. The battery last two days with normal use. If I didn't love my Kindle Fire so much for reading on, I would even bring a tablet when I travel.....this phone does it all! :)

Blackberry Passport is the way to go...

The Passport is by far the best product that has been released so far! I have been a fan for years, I have never had a problem with any of the models I have purchased. The screen size is perfect and even with small hands I have no problem with this device. If you want a fancy toy, go with the many other brands that are out there. If you want a work horse go with the passport. Blackberry got this sooo right! It has everything I could ask for to manage work related needs and wants anywhere. Downloads, spreadsheets, memory, contacts, calendar, organization, etc. Definitely helps me to be more productive and work smart. Camera is fine and there are plenty of apps. Video is good and sound quality is good. A little pricey but more than makes up for it in features. Blackberry needs to do more marketing. These devices are not promoted enough and that is a shame. Love the keyboard and love the ease of use,
