Unhappy! Would Return If I Could

I bought this a few months ago and I would return it if I could...I had no idea when I bought it...(I upgraded from a wonderful 9900 bold) that I wouldn't be able to get even 2 simple apps...UBER and Espn 3)...WHAT'S THE DEAL?

I missed the query keyboard and thought I'd try the new classic. It was beautify made but I felt it was difficult to use unlike my current phone. I sent it back the same day. Nope.

Back to the Future...maybe not

I was informed that the Blackberry Classic would be easy and less expensive than another iPhone. Well much to my cergrin it was not. The Os was "clunky". In short I may as well have tried a "Treo". Next, when I returned it cost and cost. I had to pay a restocking fee and another set up fee for the iPhone I now have. So I'm not very happy.

I was a long time Blackberry user, but traded in my 9900 for an Iphone 4s a couple years ago because of unreliablity. When Blackberry came out with the Classic and I was due for an upgrade, I was anxious to try it. I wish I hadn't. Aside from the battery life, which is fantastic, I find it truly unmanageable. Maybe I got used to the ease of the Iphone. It lost contacts, calander appts and more. I chaulked it up to a learning curve, and dismissed it as being operator error, but now, after several months, I don't know.

For 8 years now i've had blackberries. Rugged, reliable, consistant, predictable.
BlackBerry Classic is my first android phone, and I would smash it with a hammer and go back to my 9900 Curve in a heartbeat.
The ONLY reason I went to the classic was to get audibles back on my phone, and I cannot get the stupid thing to install.

Need refinement

Have been disappointed in the phone. It freezes regularly, suffers from lag, is well overdue for the new version of Android, gets very hot, doesn't have the battery life that BlackBerry used to be known for, and physical keyboard is the worst I have seen on a Blackberry going back to 2001 when I first got one.
