Why I bought the oven in the first place

We have had and used another brand Swing Door Oven Product for 20 years that failed and there were no longer any replacement parts obtainable to repair it.
The fact that the GE CAFE style oven doors "swing open" and not drop down in front of you was the deciding facture for us to purchase one.
Safety and access are necessary considerations when you are looking for a residential oven product to be used by a full time WHEELCHAIR person who both loves to cook and is good at doing so. It becomes a No Brainer decision.
Drop Down oven doors are a distinct Safety Hazard in our household. Additive to that is the fact that the oven racks roll out, are very stable, and have Stop Locks to prevent the possibility of pulling hot foods out of the oven and have them fall in the lap of a Wheelchair restricted cook.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wanted this oven for a long time. Built new home and knew this was for me. Easy to place things in and remove. The Wi-if feature is so handy for when you're away!

Unique Features, Superb Performance

In the process of a major kitchen renovation I found that this was the only built-in oven to offer a side-open double door feature, which sets it in a class by itself for convenience, particularly from the standpoint of an eye level oven. Overall, the operation and workmanship is flawless.

Love, love, love this oven

This was my 50th birthday present to myself along with a gift card from friends who I cook for. So far everyone has loved everything coming out of it. The 3 racks all get used and last night used the probe for the first time. Spot on with the oven !!

We bought all of the GE Café appliances when we remodeled our kitchen. I love the French doors and all of the features. The only thing I would change is the dials, they are so easy to move, that all you have to do is bump them and they turn.

We love the french door, so nice to be able to open the door and reach straight in to put things in the oven or take out without the stretching and bending down.

Great look, minimal digital features

We are thrilled with our new wall oven. The advantage of the French doors is spectacular for me as I am a retired nurse with a bad back and now I do not have to bend or reach over the oven door while preparing meals or cleaning or maintaining oven. My husband and myself cook and bake everyday and I bake my own breads, cakes and desserts, so I feel blessed to own your product. We sometimes prepare foods for large groups and for family gatherings, as my husband is one of 8 children, so our new wall oven will get greater than average use. My husband selected our new oven, so I guess you can say, that GE has gained the confidence of the male perspective with this edition. Additionally, as a rule we opt to eat at home, most times, due to dietary restrictions the desire for prime foods. We often entertain friends who enjoy watching us cook, so now we really will shine with our new GE Café series!~ Ty for your ingenuity!~ mab
