Tried to talk myself into one of the less expensive ovens but the French doors, the 2 easy roll out racks and the overall appearance made all the others look inadequate. I have only used conventional baking so can't comment on the convection aspect. The cabinet maker built the cabinet incorrectly so it is lower than planned but I actually think it works better than at a more "traditional height".

Love Love Love This Oven

I don't usually submit product reviews but felt compelled to submit one for this oven because I love it so much. Bakes everything so evenly and perfectly. Haven't used the convection function much because the bake function does such a great job. The enamel racks are awesome and slide in and out so easy. Having a wall oven is great but having the french doors makes it even more awesome as my kitchen is small and the doors work better by not taking up much space in the kitchen whenin the open position. Everyone that sees my new kitchen are first focused on the oven and the cool appearance of the french doors. This oven is expensive but worth every dollar! Can you tell I love this oven? I really do!

French odors on an oven yes please!!!

I don't know what took the designers so long to come up with this style it makes so much sense. No more burning my hands, forearms or my boobs from leaning over the oven door to pull something out!! I love everything about this oven it's easy to use the directions are clear and precise baked goods come out perfect main dishes are perfectly done. I highly recomend this oven and yes it is a bit pricey but well worth the extra cost. I'm retired and on a fixed income so this will Probably be my last oven!!!

Have a GE profile slide in stove wife and I were looking at wall ovens wanted to go profile but the Quality wasn't there as it seem to fade to just the regular GE line. We found this and Bam quality 5.0 of cooking.

Wonderful French door oven easy to use clean. Only suggestion is that heat up just a little bit faster 02 350 takes a full 17 minutes
