Temperature Won't Calibrate

This product simply can't calibrate an accurate temperature. We have tried numerous times to reset the thermostat but it consistently fails to properly reach the selected temperature. It is either too hot or too cool and it can frequently be off by more than 10% - plus or minus. This is not acceptable and very disappointing. We thoroughly researched this product and selected it based on numerous reviews. We would have spent more for a premium brand had we known this oven's weakness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impossible to regulate temperature

Have been unable to make any sense out of the temperature controls. Had a technician here for two hours testing it and he said he had adjusted it and it was ok. It still is not accurate and I cannot trust it even to bake a potato in the correct time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fits existing space

This replaces a 30 year old model and we love the new features. Happy to find an oven that fits the existing hole without having to remodel the kitchen. Love the windows.
