We purchased this oven to replace a older GE double oven that was 16 years old. Our old oven did not have the convection bake feature, and we were not sure we would like it. But after lots of muffins, pies, cookies my wife loves it! It also has a convection roast feature that defiantly will cook your roast faster than normal. I was also worried about the noisy fan complaint that I had read about on other reviews, I have to say it is not an issue for us with this oven. The quality is also very apparent with this unit, not your normal oven, very heavy duty! And the roll out rack is a winner!

Just had it installed. Looks great. Reading through the Owner's manual, I can't wait to use it. All the features it has makes my old oven look like it was invented just after the discovery of fire.

A Great Oven

We’ve had the oven for 6 weeks and are very pleased with it. Quiet fan, quickly up to temperature, cooks great, and really professional looking! Nicely complements our GE Cafe refrigerator (also highly recommended).

Love the big glass windows

We bought the oven three months ago. It has functioned flawless and the convention oven feature really cooks food very effectively. The best feature is the large windows to see how things are progressing. Much more efficient then constantly open the oven.
One improvement that would be nice is to a separate timer function. It way to easy accidentally cancel the timer when trying to adjust the temperature. Also the time readout only shows minutes and not seconds until the last minute. Find this very confusing. So use to a microwave readout.
