Love it, with one exception

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought both the fridge and freezer for my kitchen remodel and adore everything about them except for the fact the door handles have to be tightened constantly or they wobble. This has been an issue since we bought it over a year ago, not just an age issue. It's just a design issue that should be considered if you intend to use them with daily. Honestly they should just be integrated into the door.

Very poor quality

Purchased 8 brand new Electrolux appliances for new construction. Have replaced all appliances multiple times in less than 2 years. The fridge just failed and parts are on backorder. Have been without fridge for 2 weeks and will be serving Thanksgiving out of my garage with other appliances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator to replace a similar Electrolux model that failed after 6-years. Well laid, spacious and easy to access items. Only gave a 4-star rating because the warranty period is not very long. To really be competitive the warranty should be extended to a minimum of 2-years parts and labor for the entire unit and at least a 5-year parts and labor for the sealed system. Overall a good unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our units were bought new and have been in operation for two years now. The units are premium looking and feeling. The performance has been excellent. Food is properly preserved across all levels. The only criticism is that the drawers need to be upgraded to more heavy duty design. They do the job, but are slightly out of line due to being a bit less than heavy duty. In addition the ice machine catching bin is free standing and allows ice to fall behind the catch and fall down to the lower levels. Overall we would buy again.

Features are exactly what I wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My unit is about a year and a half old and I have really enjoyed it until about a month ago when the temperature began to fluctuate from 33F to 58F and over a matter of several weeks has stayed in the mid to high 50F range. I truly do want the unit, so I am on the third repair company. Apparently, the first could not diagnose the problem and never called or came back. The second replaced a part underneath which made no difference in the issue. He also left without followup. I'm hoping the third time is the charm as this has been ongoing for more than six weeks. I would recommend the unit, but make sure there is a qualified repairman in your area.
