Great features but very poor reliability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features with good drawers and excellent size are great. But, we have had serious reliability problems. This is the third refrigerator in less than eight years. The second model lasted less than one year! Just be aware before buying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty, but it doesn't work! Service is HORRIBLE

TL/DR: It isn't worth the risk. Service on broken units is abysmal. Waiting over a month for repair on an essential appliance like a refrigerator is unacceptable.

I wanted a all-refrigerator unit and thought this was a great midpoint between cheaper fridges and the out-of-our budget higher end ones. I liked it for the first eight months, it is spacious and pretty well laid out. The "perfect" bins in the doors interfere with each other, and the shelves/bin tops aren't spill proof, but that didn't bother me much because I loved not having the freezer attached (we have a seperate undercounter freezer). It started fluctuating in temperature and eventually stopped cooling, even though the compressor was on non-stop.
So no biggie, still under warranty right? Warranty/smaranty, it has been the biggest headache. It took a week for a tech to come out and diagnose, and he didn't even know how to turn it on or check that it was on! We had shut it off, and he said that the panel didn't have power. We turned it on for him... oh it does has power (cue eye roll). Finally he said most of the cooling system needed replacing, everything but the computer panel.
It took them three WEEKS to get the parts and come back out. We felt it still wasn't cooling quickly enough even after several hours but they refused to even set an appointment to return to look at it until 48 hours had passed. It couldn't get the temperature below 55 degrees and fluctuated up to 70 in the next 48 hours. Cue even longer wait for another repair appointment.
Next tech said it was the electronic panel. So now we wait who knows how long for another part?! It has been 5 weeks since we have had a working refrigerator. All because Electrolux has ONE repair company in the metro area and they are just HORRIBLE. What next? The control panel definitely isn't the issue, since it is working properly - the compressor is receiving power and running - but we'll have to wait 48 hours after the unsuccessful repair to call in and schedule another tech.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice refrigerator and freezer

Not reliable

We moved into a home which had this refrigerator installed in 2018. The compressor failed in 2019 and was replaced. A year later it has failed again and no replacement parts are available. How can a refrigerator bought in 2018 not have a replacement compressor available? There are quite a few reviews like these and looks like this is not uncommon. The refrigerator looks great and is
