Slices perfectly

I own several B&D products and have never been disappointed with the quality or if any issues happened, customer service has always been fantastic. This electric knife is adding to the list. I am using for slicing breads to meat and no problem. The blade easily cleans in the Dishwasher. This, for me, is another great B&D product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed with it

I bought this knife and the blades don't work now. So its hard for me to recommend it.

Works good. Need replacement blades.

I have been using this knife for about 3 months now and it is getting to the point where it won't cut through bread very easily. Can't seem to find replacement blades. Where are they available at?

Plastic piece broken from blades

I used this EK700 carving knife three or four times before the plastic broke from the blades, allowing the blades to "wander". The product seemed very good with this one exception. I wouldn't have bothered writing the review if I could have located replacement blades easily.

I purchased this knife for my mother to use cutting corn for freezing. It is very difficult to hold the button down to keep it working. If it is not in just the right location, it will not work. It is also difficult for her to get the blades in. I am going to have to look for another knife. I have the "slice right" from years ago and love it but this one was definitely not worth the money, unless we just got a defective one.

Black Decker Electric Knife

I bought this knife because of the Black & Decker name, used it 1 time. Now getting ready for Thanksgiving carving, plugged the knife in, motor comes on, but the blades don't work. :(
