Great Camera for the price

I've been using this camera every day for the last 6 months and it works great every time. The problem with these cameras getting smaller in size is that it is harder to use them with normal sized fingers as the function buttons are all small.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic Camera!

We were going to Hawaii for the first time for our 40th anniversary, and I wanted a good camera to record the memories. A photographer friend recommended a Sony, and that's what I got. It took absolutely fantastic pictures. The clarity and color are superb. I loved the small size of the camera. It was easy and light to take everywhere. I am so happy with this camera, I would recommend it to everyone.

great for non-hassle people

I read the "space-continum" complaint. It does take time for pictures to be taken, a few seconds. When you recall your last picture it also takes about 5 seconds. But, the quality of both the pictures and the video is great. We are not super technology savvy, and we like simple things. This is perfect! We also love the fact that you can actually replay the video with sound, on the camera. Our previous camera you could not do that and had to wait til you down loaded to the computer. My rating was really 4 1/2 stars, you just can't do that when you place your stars. Great buy.

I thought that a 20.1 megapixels camera would get me great pictures in regular lighting as well as low lighting, but this camera is very disappointing. I have tried multiple settings and have not had good results. Even a photographer looked at it and the settings were changed to hopefully get better photos, but it has been disatisfactory. Any movement in photos makes blurred images even with ISO 800 setting, and low lighting with ISO 1600 or more does not provide clear photos.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Camera Upgrade

Wanted a camera that was an upgrade from one a few years ago and that was easy to use. This serves that purpose. So far I've used it on a recent trip to PR as well as a festival and it didn't disappoint. The zoom is much better than my old camera as well as the video quality. The sound is pretty clear. I also like the intelligent feature which takes away the work of trying to figure out which settings to use for different scenes to get the best picture. It's also small and lightweight. Great camera for someone who is more so a casual picture taker.
