A phone that fits!

The two things I noticed right away about this phone is how surprisingly light it is given its size and how well it fit in my hand. It has a slew of features, speaker is very loud, screen looks bright and quite sharp, lots of apps, and looks great. I got this phone with the intent to create apps for the Windows Marketplace as well. The only con I have is that the phone can easily slide around on flat surfaces because the back is so smooth.
Cons: smooth back can slide/fall from flat surfaces
I would recommend this to a friend!

The smart phone market is so saturated by Iphones that some people new to cell phones actually think that apple was the firs company to introduce the smartphones? lol The Focus is great! I have owned two Blackberry's and a the Samsung BlackJack. I have a windows op on all of my computers so the Windows Mobile 7 based Focus is great it syncs very well with my outlooks which was the main point. My blackjack became pretty much worthless when I upgraded to the Vista. Great Phone!
I have had the phone for about two months and so far I am very happy with it. It has a beautiful and clear display, is very durable and so far has been able to everything I have wanted it to do.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this phone. It's fast, does everything I need it to do and is a lot of fun to use. The best thing about this phone, surprisingly enough is the Windows Phone 7 operating system. It's by far the most sleek, innovative, reliable and attractive software that Microsoft has ever released. The only downside to having this new and less popular operating system is the lack of apps but I'm sure this will change in the future.
I like this phone and would recommend it to my friends and family. Nice size screen, easy to use, touch pad is sensitive, design is flawless. I would buy future Samsung products.
What can I say but that it reminds me of the old days of AOL. People hated it and people loved it at the same time. This phone could have been great if it weren't for a few things that bug me about it. First I'll start with my Pros: 1) Bright Display 2) Lightweight 3) Very responsive to touch 4) Good sound 5) Just the right size. Now for the Cons: 1) Not durable/reliable, I am on my third phone in 5 months. The first phone made a loud snapping noise just after completing a call, got all hot, and died. The second phone was drop a total of about 2 feet and it was gone. Hopefully the third is a charm. 2) Too sensitive to touch. If you don't be extremely carefull or have extremely thin fingers, you will be accidentally hitting the Back, Home, and Bing buttons. 3) Have been unable to use a stylus with any of my three phones, only respond to finger touch. My wife has trouble using because of her fingernails. 4) Phone turns on and will not turn off while charging - really great for when you are trying to sleep and your phone rings. The rest of the Cons have to do with the operating system/marketing. 5) I do not like the fact that you can't group Apps into Sub-categories, scrolling and scrolling becomes tedious. 6) Why should I need to download Apps for simple features like grouping people in different categories (family, friends, work, etc.)? 7) Crashes a lot (guess thats the Windows in it - If it had the Blue Screen of Death, I'm sure I'd have seen it plenty of times by now). 8) Extremely limited marketplace and hard to find stuff in marketplace. Other platforms offer so much more. Again, you have to scroll through App after App, no way of sorting (i.e. Only 5 star Apps, New Free Apps, filtering out Apps you already have, etc.) 90% of companies advertise Apps for iPhone or Android, but not WP7 - Wake Up Microsoft, push these people or create your own or you will go the way of the dinosaur. I could go on and on about this problem so I'll stop now.
Again, I love the phone with the exception of a few hardware problems, and MS needs to get on the ball to get the Marketplace a better place or this OS will be gone.
Oh, I forgot about the problem of finding a WP7 compatible MicroSD Card and the fact that when you take it out say bye bye to your stuff, you'll be stuck with a WP7 phone if you want to keep it. Also, once you import your contacts from your SIM, that's it, new contacts can not be stored on the SIM, only in Windows Live, and if your change platforms say bye bye to all your contacts!
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is really a great phone. Easy to use, familiar Microsoft software and system worked well on the phone. I put a protective gel cover on the phone and have dropped it more than once-no problems. Great phone that really is a mini computer.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got this phone to replace my very dated HTC Tilt with Windows Mobile 6 and I have to say that Win Mobile 7 is a HUGE improvement. Love the screen on the Samsung and so far I am loving the phone.
