The best phone I've ever had! The best feature is probably the giant, super vivid screen. Still not able to download software update and freezes sometimes while downloading apps.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, screen size
Cons: battery life, freezes, incompatible, problems updating
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great phone for people who know and love the windows operating system. Easy customization of shortcuts and apps provide a very personal touch to each individual phone. Screen size is very satisfying when reading pdf's or watching videos. Best phone I've ever had.

One of the best Windows Phone devies

This has to be one of the best Wndows Phone devices available on the market. The 4" AMOLED display is amazing, displaying vivid colors and constrast enhancing the beautiful WP UI. Another thing that cathces the attention, literally everybody that handled my phone, is the weight of the device. It is really light.
Metal body would have made this even better (compromising on the weight) alongh with a better camera. Other than that, this is an excellent device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this phone, it has a sleek design that fits in any pocket. the speed and memory are great, even faster then most of my co-workers. The interface runs very smooth and the screen is clean and clear with great color and crisp visuals. The only bad thing I have to say is that if you want to put a memory card in you have to format the phone and integrate it into the phones memory. If I had purchased one from the begining this would not be a problem but now that its full of apps,pics,music and documents I dont want to start over downlaoding. Its a good thing that it starts with 8GB and I still have 2 left.

First Haptic Phone, Very Happy!

Surprised on how light and comfortable it felt in my hand. Have owned the iPhone 3G & 3Gs for the last 4 years. Enjoy a lighter phone. Love the haptics (vibrations)! Would give it a higher rating but know that Samsung has better phones on the market. Great phone for the price.

Great Phone a must have

I love this phone even though I am beginning to hate my provider AT&T. THe phone is awesome easy to use and the picture is crystal clear and breath taking. The functionality of this phone makes thing so much easier for me and I love have MS Office on my phone.

Great phone. Got more than I expected and truly easy to use. The graphics and access to the internet are also great.
The only drawback is frequent use will drain the battery at a faster rate. But for me, the battery life was not a huge issue and did not impede my use of the phone.
