I love my windows phone. It had many of the features I want and need. Apps are populating quickly. I wish updates were more expedient though.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, camera, windows phone 7
Cons: update release cycle

While I understand this is a "WIndows" phone, very little thought, or more precisely, consideration is given to allow the owner to customize their individual phone. I.e. why would you build a phone, that you cannot add your own ringtones? The available ringtones are garbage at best. Also, Why can't we customize the buttons on the bottom of the touch pad. Bing is not the best search engine by far, and as soon as I can find the hack to change this, it will be gone!
I did find the hack to allow me to get rid of Zune. More garbage. Looks pretty, but that's about the best thing I can say.
Overall, this is a real nice phone and recommend it often.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: limited customization, limited ringtone, difficult to send videos

Ive owned the phone for about 5 months now. Its been a fairly good experiance. The phone is SOLID. It has held up better than any phone ive owned. Generally i get small scratches or scuff on the sides and back. This phone looks the same as the day it came out of the box - even after a few small drops. The screen is AMAZING - i get compliments from people all the time on how brilliant it is. Performance is good - any issues (the occasional hangup) I attribute to being a V1 OS and known bugs. These will hopefully be addressed soon (and may already be shipping with the update from the factory now as of 3/26). Camera is GREAT too - both photos and videos. Design is slick - love the fact that the phone is so thin. Pretty sure one of the thinnest availible. I hope Samsung decides to go with a V2 on this phone (like they have in the past with the Blackjack). I would like to see video out supported on this similar to another WP7 on the market. I also hope that MSFT releases additional support for items like NFC in the future. As it stands today I would HIGHLY recommend this phone to anyone looking to buy WP7 - as well as suggest people take a look at it if just considering a new smartphone.

Cons: no video out

This phone is lightning fast, and user friendly. Dont like how all the apps cost and cant really find anything but music when you search. But overall a great phone. Awesome screen and no glares and very durable.

The Samsung Focus has features comparable, if not better than, the I-Phone. Play music & videos, take HD photos & videos, Local radio as well as ATT Radio, Windows Live account keeps contacts, GPS, XBOX Live, MMS messaging, Email, WIFI, Bluetooth, Windows mobile 7 lets you use Internet Explorer & Microsoft Office Excel, Word, OneNote or Powerpoint, and there are many many Apps. However, this phone can be a bit expensive. I love my Focus.

I would rate this phone 100 percent it you had the ability to have personal ringtones. The other problem is no memory card available. It does freeze periodically but so does other touch phones.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: inability to download ringtoes

If you want a smart phone AND you want to be able to talk on it, hear the person on the other end, and to be understood, this phone is the one to choose. It's not only a sexy form, it's got some sexy functions.

I live in a low service area, however the samsung focus picks up better than I could ever have hoped for. The speaker and mic are the best I have ever heard, my own home phone doesn't sound this good. And the windows 7 os is fast. Ever app loads so smoothly. I had an Iphone and this phone to me is so much better. Not only in its speed but also in the phone itself. Buy this phone and you'll be happy you did.
