Just as I expected. Smooth, Stylish and Slim. Excellent Display. The only thing I felt bad was it feels little cheap with all the plastic.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: feels cheap
I would recommend this to a friend!

Windows 7 works great, very happy with phone quality. I also purchased a second Focus for my wife. One very minor improvement for me would be the ability to turn on/off Bluetooth without having to go into settings.
Cons: to turn on/off bluetooth you must access through s

Super Fast Operating System

Purchased the phone because it had the Windows 7 operating system. This is my first smartphone and I am really impressed with how fast the processing speed is. The screen is amazing.
It's a great phone and works excellently! The only thing is that I don't really like how there aren't any custom ringtones. Screen freezes sometimes, but it's fine.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Too big, no custom ringtones
I would recommend this to a friend!

In love with my new Samsung, the combination of the focus and wp7 is brilliant!
Upgraded from a Samsung Impression because I needed something that I could open documents with while I was on the go. This phone provides good access to the internet when I need it and provides quick access to my e-mail accounts. And the ease of accessing and reading documents sent to me is great.
The "keyboard" is a little awkward, but works okay when used in the horizontal position. The only disappointment I have is that I cannot download my own ringtones to the phone. I had several on my Impression that made it easy to recognize who, or what group, was calling as soon as the phone rang. Now I have to try and remember which tone is which.
I recently upgraded from my eternity to the focus. I love that I can sync my email (including outlook), and I can control how often I get notifications of new msgs. The main screen is fully customizable. Everything is stream-lined for efficiency. It has taken me a while to figure out certain functions (like deleting an app), but once I figured it out it is easy. It is thinner than a lot of smartphones and lightweight while still providing the same quality and functions.
2 things I wish were different: 1. I want to be able to add ringtones - cannot at this point. I am hoping that future releases will allow this, so I went ahead and bought it anyway. (I will give all categories 5 stars when this is fixed :o). 2. there is no close/exit button except for certain apps. You have to back out of them. You can always just click the home button, but I don't know if that closes the app/function or not.
The only issue I have had with it is that Marketplace will occasionally freeze on me. I have not had the phone long enough to comment on the microsoft office applications. I have not used them thus far. However, I can log in to secure website with no problems at all as this phone allows for desktop viewing of all webpages.
This phone is definitely worth the money!!! And, if you find it on sale, even better!
This phone is a great phone with a nice screen and a bunch of feature the only thing its lacking in my opinion is the capability to turn into a wifi hotspot like the droid 2.
