Nice Phone / Nice OS

The Samsung phone is a solid phone, with an adequate battery life. The buttons are easily located and hard to be accidently pushed. The windows 7 OS is feature rich and stable (as long as you sync occassionally with Zune). The only problem (and it isn't a big one) is that there are not that many 3rd party apps available to run on the windows 7 OS. I'm not worried about this as time will allow more and more programs to be written.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: minimal 3rd party applications
I would recommend this to a friend!

The operating system is great. The phone performs well; the screen is bright, clear, and big.
The camera is good, but everytime you start it up, it reverts to the default settings .. and there is NO WAY to change the default.
It is also very slippery ... so it is difficult to take out of your pocket or out of a belt-worn pouch.
The camera button is in an awful location ... and the "auto turn camera on" feature is good but in combo with the button location, I find myself turning the camera on during a conversation, just by holding the phone.
I hope Samsung will fix the camera default thing -- even tho it's a phone, not a camera, this omission is annoying.
But I suspect Samsung will move on to the NEXT hot phone. We'll seel
One more thing -- we all know that large displays burn energy --- and EVERY smart phone user complains about battery life. Add a few millimeters in all dimensions and squeeze in a bigger battery. The FOCUS battery life is good if used only as a phone; drains quickly if you actually USE the features! This phone is small enough, a few mm wouldn't matter.
Overall - great product.
Pros: Realistic color, performs well
Cons: camera features = poorly executed, needs a bigger battery

Really Good but.....

I really like everything about the phone...EXCEPT the user is not able to create custom ringtones. I don't like to be bothered at work so I like to set some contacts to silent and others to ring. So far this is not possible with this phone. The user is forced to choose from some very lame generic tones that are pre-installed or possibly buy one that is quite over-priced. Still, there is no way to have some contacts set to slient and others not. This is a glaring oversight on the part of the developers.
Pros: Bright display, fast, large screen, easy to navigate
Cons: can't create ringtones, not enough settings to edit contacts

A few things I do not like about the phone are: Can not download additional ringtons, Tranfering file from phone to pc are viceversa, it be easier if I could use a usb, and there is no Documention are support from Samsung or Windows for using the Office products on the phone. Other than these few things I like the phone, its nice having something other to choose from than an I-Phone.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: tranfering files not easy, can not add ringtones

I love the size, screen, and weight. I just swapped the phone at AT&T for a new unit. The old one I experienced the other callers voice lowering in volume randomly and to the point where I couldn't hear them. Possibly related to audioence noise reduction?? I'm still testing the replacement. In general, the volume level could be louder.

This phone is pretty cool

The only real issue I have with it is I can't download or customize ringtones. Sometimes I get irratated when texting and it corrects me like I don't know what I'm talking about, but other than that everything works amazingly. It's easy to learn and the set up is really nice.

Cons: no ringtone options

ut windows need to improve better in perfonace page to be faster this is my second window phone and is tha in the phone the problen is in windows mobile is get frozen sometime
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: sofware is need to upgrade or change to another os, need a hdmi, need navegacion sistem, improve extra memory card slot, better keyword (bigger)
