I spent quite a while comparing phones, trying to find the best one for me. My decision came to the Samsung Focus. I am not disappointed at all!
The phone runs fast, great design (though the plastic does feel somewhat cheep, but it is not).
Would love to see some updates to camera software that will help obtain sharper pictures though, as well as presets.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

The size is awesome and the scree is beautiful in any light even outside. Feel of product is high quality. Have bee a fan of Samsung products for years and this device just continues their line of great products. The windows system is new and refreshing change from what is available from the competitiors today. Very pleased with both product and system so far. Only draw back i have experienced is the battery life is not as good as I had hoped for but then I am also a heavy user. Getting a second battery will solve that problem.

I have been waiting for a Windows Phone for a long, long time. WIndows 7 plus Samsung = Excellent phone. The 4" Amoled screen is gorgeous. If I would change anything I would add a keyboard sensitivity feature that could be adjusted and not put the on/off button directly across from the volume buttom.

Great phone, sleek design and a great Windows Phone 7 OS makes for the perfect phone. Easy to use and navigate to core features such as phone calls, email, messaging, web browsing and MS Office applications (especially OneNote).
Online sync of contacts, calendar and OneNote is very helpful. I wish other Office docs also synched automatically.

Samsung Focus gets Windows Phone 7 right

This phone was made for Windows Phone 7. Very responsive and intuitive. Fast hardware, and responsive TouchScreen. My only chit is that the rotation sensor sometimes kicks in (turning the content to Landscape) when I have not rotated the phone.
