This phone really is amazing. I was not expecting width and height to be quite as large as it was. I knew the dimensions, but it just seemed larger in real life. The slimness of the device makes up for it though for your pocket.
Downsides to WP7: not able to upload whatever you want to SkyDrive. I wanted to put some videos on there to clear up some room, but you cannot do that. You can't even access videos from SkyDrive on the phone. Only pictures and OneNote documents.

Overall though, the phone is amazing. Very responsive touchscreen. Not sure what I think of the capacitive hard buttons (Back, Start, Search) but i'm getting used to avoiding them when i don't wont to push them.
Takes quite good pictures. Night time Macro pictures are a bit washed out, but if you don't get all up in someone's face with the flash, you should be OK.
Video is really good. You need to select flash to be on if it is dark out. It will not automatically do it for you.

I just bought this phone last night. It is my first smart phone. It is very intuitive and easy to use. It will take a while to get used to typing on the screen. Prior to this I was still using a Palm device with a stylus.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: none so far

This is a really, really good phone. There are a couple of things missing that can probably be accomplished with software upgrades. I upgraded to the Windows 7 phone from a Blackjack II running Windows Mobile 6.2. On my old phone, the Outlook client actually had more functionality than on the Windows 7 phone. This model will have a lot more appeal to enterprise customers if that can be remedied. And for some reason, when I bought apps using the Zune client, they didn't sync to my phone. Instead, I have to plug in to my PC with the USB cable to get those? I don't see why that should be necessary. Other than that, my only complaint is that there are a few apps I'd like to see turn up soon. But all in all a great phone that really is simple to use and adds to my productivity.

Cons: no cases/covers available

This is a very nice phone! My first smartphone. I had owned a 'regular' phone prior to upgrading. The Super AMOLED 4" screen is very nice. The screen sensitivity is excellent.
The only thing that is not great is the speaker phone sound quality. It's harder to hear the other person.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: speaker phone sound quality

This phone has everything. The motion is perfect, and the apps keep adding to it's greatness.
I call this one the iPhone Killer

Phone would be perfect if it would sync Calendar

I hate that I can't sync the calendar with outlook or with google calendar. How can they create a product that is missing this basic functionality.
I will give it a few more weeks to find a solution.

Key Placement

Side keys to turn phone on and off and for the camera cause me to unintentionally activate them while holding the device.
