Mine quit working after 6 months. I turned it off one day, then tried to turn it back on and it would not come back to life. I had a Samsung Eternity before the Focus and it was rubbish as well. I should have learned my lesson and bought an iphone instead.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My choices were this or the HTC wp7 phone. Side by side, there is no comparison. I have not regreted my choice yet. Great phone!!

Mute Switch - Charger Port Location

I still don't understand manufactures reluctance to use a dedicated mute switch.
Charger Port is in bad location.
Phone is slick to the touch.
No front camera.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: no mute switch, charger port bad location, phone is slick.

This is a great phone. The screen is simply awesome. Very bright and easy to read. The size is very nice and fits my hand perfectly. windows Phone 7 is also pretty great.

I had the Blackberry Torch with the Android OS.
The Focus beats it hands down.
The OS is much easier to navigate.
The screen is FANTASTIC, CLEAR, and gives a 3D look.
I would highly recommend this phone to anyone that wants the best smart phone, better even than the iPhone.
