It's Windows alright, no flexablility! If you like being in a closet this is the phone for you, if not go Android.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, no flexibility, won't import from ms office

can't listen to music.......furnished ear buds work on other plugins......not on this piece of junk....

The issues I have had

At first glance, the Samsung Windows 7 Phone looks amazing. With a large screen, excellent graphics, a wide variety of gaming and music options, and a great camera; and it would be a great phone, only most of these features requires the phone to be synced with a PC and no PC I, or many other users I have spoken with, recognizes the phone as a device. It is stated that to sync your phone to the PC you must first download the Zune software to the computer and then follow the directions on linking the device. Only issue is, I have downloaded, redownloaded, and even lost ALL of my contacts/pics/videos/and personal info by having to reboot the phone to get the sync to work. After all that, it STILL won't sync. I have NO way of listening to music, send videos I have created, I have purchased many games via the media app that wont play. Phone freezes randomly, and I have to restart it alot. The camera has to be set to anti shake every time I enter into the app or the pics come out blurry, There is no flash player or option at a better, faster browser. There are many other issues I, and others have with this phone, but not enough time at the moment to cover it all. The phone has its good features too, which I will meantion under Pros.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, wont sync to computer so no way to get music, lots of apps wont download w/o wifi, cant connect to media while conncected to wifi, if you dont set the anti shake everytime pics blur, cant send videos via media, purchased many games that wont play, no flash player or options to get it on the phone, cant listen to music without zune, most things you have to have wifi or comp to use

What a piece of junk this phone is. Besides the poor battery life and the imperfect operating system, it makes calls, sends texts, talks to me and even installs its own apps when I am away from it. Its about as full of glitches as a piece of electronics can be. I hate it.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Too big, Did not meet expectations, battery life, glitchy

Consider other phones first

The Focus is sleek and looks good. The screen looks great and the touch sensitivity is great. I was able to sync with my company's Outlook email server easily. Texting seems not to be a problem. I have no doubt the apps will be great but this phone has two design flaws in the location of the camera button on the lower right side and the search button in the lower right corner of the screen. They will both fire up at the slightest touch. Perhaps a case will help alleviate these issues. Also, the only way to 'wake up' the phone is by one button on the top right side of the unit - very awkward to say the least. Also, there is no user's guide made available with the phone. I understand the point is to direct me to the support page online but even there the user's guide doesn't exist! I hope more information is made available as to how to customize the settings. There is an issue with the SD card and another issue concerning the inability to customize ringtones but I am sure these will be updated soon by Microsoft. The phone is visually impressive and is a decent first try for Samsung with the Windows OS, but don't buy all the hype......yet.

This is the worse phone I have ever owned. I can not connect to my computer and no drivers came with the phone. There are no drives on the Samsung website. Save yourself a pain stay far away.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, cannt contect to computer.
