No PC sync options

Can not sync office or outlook to phone from your PC with a data cable. Other issues like custom ringtones also. Windows 6.5 is a whole lot more user friendly.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Crashes Daily

I can not go a day without it crashing at least three time during normal phone calls, web browsing and playing games. I really want to like the phone but it cant prove so far its worthy of liking.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: not reliable

Would be OK if the operating system was user friendly! Ringtones not downloadable and syncing is extremely complicated!!

This is an eyecandy phone .You have to pay to play the games which are online.We have a limited online access.Don't care for the media program.Should have used their own WM program.Still waiting for the upgrade to download my own ring tones.Can't see news videos and I should have bought an android:(

The most important features of a Cellular Phone for me is the ability to connect on a clear channel and maintain Contacts from my own computer based files in order to protect my information and protect the privacy of information entrusted to me by my contacts. It is impossible for me to be enthused about a product which is designed to be a marketing tool for others and will not satisfy my basic needs.
Cameras, games and Internet connectivity are not a priority in my life and never have been and serve only to turn a cellular phone into a toy, not a instrument you respect for the serious work it does.

Screens crack too easy

I had a protected cover from samsung and the phone only dropped a few inches and shattered. Terrible value!!!
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, fragile, cheap covers for protection
