Great smart phone

I've played with the iphone (my wife's), and the droid X and X2 (mine). But when I got a hold of this WP7 device, I was blown away. I think the animations and performance are at the same level as iOS and Android. I like it so much so that I became an app developer for WP7.
I really recommend this phone and any WP7 phone. I believe WP7 will become #3 in the mobile market and in a few years, who knows, maybe even #2. It's a solid OS, it's never crashed on me yet.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Not high def
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great phone

The biggest advantage of this phone is the updates that provide you with the latest tech and features that other companies like Apple and Droid prefer you to receive when you purchase the newest version of their phones. Windows is constantly looking for ways to improve performance and user capabilities to match and surpass competitors, as well as address any complaints or concerns of user, all of which can be witnessed through the number of features we receive in updates.
I only have 2 complaints with the phone: there are not enough applications developed for the Windows 7 platform and there are glitches with the larger updates for the platform. Both of these areas Windows is working on constantly, so improvements in both areas are forthcoming.
Everything about this phone is impressive and user-friendly, and I highly recommend it to anyone.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: not enough apps, update glitches

Good Phone overall

This phone misses one of the main feature thats call blocking. I searched Windows marketplace too and call blocking application is not there. I'm unable to block unwanted callers. Someone please help me.
Microsoft and Samsung please get this software for Focus. Call blocking software is a basic software thats even present in low end phones.

This product has given me a lot of grief! I constantly have to do a master reset with my service provider and when I do I lose everything! It takes hours to reset it and get it back to the point it was at before I had to reset.
NO BUENO!
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I like this phone a lot but it has issues with the charging system. Sometimes when I unplug the phone from the charger the charge icon stays blinking as if it's still connected. When this happens, the battery drains at a much faster rate than normal, sometimes draining completely in less than a day. It's a very annoying problem. There are many accounts of people having the same or similar issues with the battery. Also, the phone wont power down. When you do the shut down process it just starts right back up again a few seconds later on it's own.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: charging issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With the exception of 4g speeds and front facing camera this phone is perfect.
