Limited user control of some features

The phone itself is awesome, yet it lacks some user friendly functionality and personalization available on most phones especially smart phones. I purchased it due to using a Windows phone version 6.1 which had exceptional capability and usefulness. I was dismayed when I can't personalize the ringtones or view flash video which is common on most websites today. I understand that it's Microsoft's fault on the flash capability, yet promising upcoming availability over and over with no firm date. I wonder if I'd been better off with an android phone.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I love this phone. This is the best phone I have ever owned; far better than the iPhone. One of the best features of this phone is being able to link so many apps together and share info between them. I would like to be able to quickly silence the phone. I am looking forward to the 7.5 update.
Samsung, any chance you'll let me trade up to your next Windows Phone for free or at a discount?

I'll hit the high points:
This phone takes amazing photos and 720p HD video.
Thin and light
Long battery life
Beautiful super amoled screen which I think is the perfect size
Speaker(s) is/are amazing, truly...crisp and I love listening to it
It has held up really well and I can't believe its been almost a year! Windows Phones are great and ever-improving without having to buy a new phone.
Can't wait for Mango!

Remarkable screen and great design: a Black Beauty

Owners bunnyfan and djcrumbley have summed it up nicely. My only additional feedback -perhaps for Samsung, in particular, is that installing a 32gb card, which for me was a compelling feature of the Focus, has been an adventure.
An excellent Samsung SCH-3500 was my first cell phone, and I'm very happy to be back. I'm also considering the new Samsung blu-ray players, and have recommended the Samsung 8000 Smart TV to a friend.

The Samsung Focus lets me "get in & get out" in a flash. I get the info I need to get done what needs done! The Windows 7 Mobile platform performs flawlessly on this device, as every feature is handled smoothly and quickly (so I can move on to other tasks).
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
