Excellent Phone, runs Windows phone 7 OS very well. Takes superb photos and videos. Love this phone.

For 3G lovers is the best alternative and a better Windows Phone OS ever. Is very easy for use and isn't complicate for the productivity and social networks communication.
Pros: great phone os, integrate social networks, over 100000 apps
Cons: poor updates availability, no 4g network, no internet sharing

Great Phone, Horrible Battery

Slim but durable phone, great size - not too big, feels great in the hand. Beautiful screen & camera! Love the Windows Phone Metro interface. Very fast, never lagged. Only issues is the HORRIBLE BATTERY! I

Great for first Windows Phone 7.5

Very nice phone with WinPhone 7.5. Although it hasa plastic case, the gorilla glass is welcome and fast enough for an entry level Windows phone. Now there is a Focus 2 edition with includes the second camera and support for 4G network which lacked int this edition. One thing that it did not work was the updating the build of WinPhone 7.5 to a more recent build (before 7.8).
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: lack of 2nd camera
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was in love with the phone because of the Windows 7 OS but as soon as I got those updates, it was a million times better! Sadly, I lost this phone on vacation and was incredibly upset to replace it. I now have the Focus S and it is a great phone, I just miss my Focus!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, facebook intergration, twitter intergration
Cons: battery life, a little laggy when running too many apps
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have had nothing but unresolved problems since day 1 even after the first phone was replaced by another exact model, only it was refurbished. I have always had samsung phones and loved them until I bought in July 2011, which at the time the phone was awesome until about 2 months later I started having problems with and it's been going down hill ever since. The Focus is by far the worst phone ever which is probaply why you can't purchase it in stores or the accesories anymore.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations, messes up too easy, does not connect to computer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would defiantly not recommend the Samsung Focus to anybody after a while it starts chiming like you have messages notifications etc. when you don't have none then the battery drains asap because of it. It in my eyes was one of the biggest flops for samsung in general.

Cons: Did not meet expectations
