One of the best windows phone

This phone is great i bought it last November (2010) it felt on water and stayed there for 5 hours. and still worked.

Many apps don't work

I guess I expected more from this phone for it's price however it does perform very well and the size of the screen is awesome. Many of the apps that I have attempted to use with this phone are not compatible or don't work quite right. The color is excellent and videos do look really nice. Haven't done much streaming as the cost is just too much. Still haven't attempted music either for the same reasons. Overall I would say that the phone is almost as good as others in this area.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Too big

Small, Sleek, and Stellar!

I'm coming to the Focus Flash from last year's Focus, and I have to say this phone is AMAZING. It feels sturdy, it looks awesome, and the performance is second-to-none.
While this is notably smaller than the original Focus, the Focus Flash fits in the palm of your hand and has an amazing display. While the memory size has left me a little wanting (only 8GB), the ability to stream music from "the cloud" more than makes up for it.
The Windows Phone 7.5 OS thrives with the 1.4GHz processor and creates a smooth experience throughout. Transitions glide with ease, and with 4G enabled, the phone is blazing fast (when compared with previous hardware).
This is a fantastic phone for people who want the best, but are on a budget. Coming from the (very) expensive iPhone, I could not be happier having made the transition to WP7. It's a better experience and not as clunky. I love this phone!

Cons: only 8gb of memory

This phone is incredibly easy to use and quite fast. I have an iPhone 4 as well and to be honest other than not as many apps I am just as happy with it. Netflix looks great, games are responsive and vibrant. Kind of a weird setup with SD cards but that would be my only nit-pick. Got this extremely cheap which makes the value that much better. You will not be disappointed with this phone.

Fantastic phone!

This is our second Windows 7 phone. The display is amazing, performance is blazing fast, calls are crisp. Streaming media with Zune pass reduces need for on-device storage. Movies look incredible! The phone is very light and the design is gorgeous. Never had a moment of regret after buying this phone!

I got the Samsung Focus with a bit of trepidation because it runs the Windows Phone 7 system while I had been planning to get an Android based phone. Well after a couple of months of using it day in, day out, I can confidently say that this is indeed a great phone.
The form factor is superb! It has the right dimensions, weight, edges and surface feel to sit nicely in my hand perfectly.
It has great performance and a screen that really provides great looking graphics and images. Actually, it also has one of the better cameras that I have come across in any phone.
The Windows Phone 7 (WP7) system has really grown on me and I think that it provides an excellent user experience. The only shortcoming has been the slow start in available apps for it, but I have noticed an increasing selection in the past weeks and think that it is safe to say that one can expect to find a very decent app in every category --even if a specific app from another operating system is not available at the moment for WP7.
The only qualm I can think of with this phone is that it does not have a front-facing camera. Add that feature and this phone is a keeper for the long haul.
Overall, it is a great phone, there is an enthusiastic owner community and I would not have any issue in recommending this phone.

This phone is amazing and made me switch from iOS to WP7. My parents are doing the same as they now have the Samsung Focus. The OS is very slick and clean and the screen is just amazing. The battery is pretty good as well. The phone really has no weaknesses except that the processor slows it down during extreme gaming.
