Set up for the Epson 545 was pretty easy but there was an extra step. I had to upgrade the firmware right after the initial setup. It took about 5 minutes so not to worry. Also, it guides you through it all the way. I am very interested in the email feature as well.

I used to always buy HP products but got tired of all the paper james and filling paper and ink, ink, ink!!!!.
I'm trying the epson 545. The paper is easy to change for my wife who prints lables for ebay. For my self, I haven't evan touched the surface of options that it can perform.

The Workforce 545 is an excellent machine. As a student in college i use it almost every day and there isn't anything it can't do. You can scan pictures or documents straight to a USB or you can use your computer to scan things as a JPEG file directly onto your computer. It prints documents quickly and quietly. When printing in color it takes somewhat longer, as is expected, but renders whatever you printed in exquisite detail. All in all i'm very glad i bought this printer over the others i could've chosen from. I said it before and i'll say it again, This is an excellent machine.

Workforce 545 All In ONe Printer

When my husband said he had to go purchase a new printer I was in panic mode. As a teacher I often print things at the last minute. My past experience, uur last printer was very fickle deciding if and when it wanted to work. When he came home with this printer I was very impressed. I was able to place a stack of papers in the document feeder and they zipped right through. I was able to print double sided with no problem. The one thing I absolutely love about this printer is the ability to sit in my office while my husband is in his and print a document wirelessly. The set up was easy. This is important for someone like me. I love the look of the printer. I like the paper tray. No more placing a handful of papers in the feeder and hoping they don't jam up. I would most definitely recommend this printer to any and everyone who needs a new one. It was reasonably priced and the easiest printer to use.

We bought this so we could print from our IPAd , it works great, no problems. I am very pleased with it.
