My Epson Workforce 545 is connected to my IPad and everytime I want to print I have to go to the Epson App and then to Advanced Registration, click on the DNS/Proxy and OK it 3 times before I can print on my Epson. Can you please instruct me on how to avoid this and to get the Epson printing properly ?
The WorkForce 545 is the best printer, scanner, Fax and copy machine I have ever owned, it works very well with my satellite internet and can print from ANY location w/ EPSON remote print, even from my smartphone (Microsoft 950)- I will buy another when this one wears out, it's easy on ink, no problems
My printer function works great when it is not offline. I don't understand why it goes offline on a regular basis without any deliberate action on my part. Getting the printer back online when required is very frustrating after repeating the instructions provided in the manual. Wish there was a effective and simple way to prevent going offline or to restore to online status.
Easy to set-up, easy to replace cartridges, doesn't need food nor water ... just keeps printing well and scanning well. Wireless is a snap, faxing works like a charm. Great product for the price. I have had several Epson printers over the years (this one for almost 5 years); IMHO they put out workhorse products that go forever ...
I bought this printer quite a while ago for the phone fax feature. Then it turned out that the bank could email documents to us. Therefore I never unpacked it till now. It was easy to set up for multiple devices and print quality is very good. This printer is no longer manufactured, but I am sure the new model is just as good. I have had several Epson printers and scanners in the past and all have met all my expectations.
I got my printer for general printing, some photos, and the ability to scan docs when needed. The output is great quality, and like that it is wireless to most of my devices. The only thing I didn't like, was now that I've had this printer for over 3 years, Windows 10 has changed things, and it wasn't real obvious how to use my Windows 10 laptop with the Scanner Utility. BUT, I found some directions on the Epson FAQ area, and my problem was solved.
