Simpliest Installation Ever!!

I am not an IT person but am needing to increase my knowledge base for my profession so I was unduly impressed with the ease of installation and set up for this piece of equipment. Perhaps I will write another review after using it :))

I thought the instructions were excellent and I didn't have any trouble installing the printer. The enclosed sheet specifically told me not to use the enclosed disks because I had a MAC OS X 10.7. I had to download from the Epson site which was given. That also was easy. The only thing I couldn't find in the instruction booklet was a key to the green bars and white figure on the menu of the control panel. I have no idea what they mean.

Great Experience

After two disappointing experiences with HP products in a row I rally did some research. have only had the Workforce 564 for a few days but so far I am very happy with the price (1/3 of the two HP's), ease of set up, speed and quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am a 74 year old woman w/no mechanical skills. I would rather watch green people on the TV, then try to make an adjustment.
Your employees, Charmaine and MJ were very patient with me and provided excellent customer service. My new printer was easily installed and I am up and running.
I replaced my old Epson with this new one. I was lucky to find a printer to work w/my old Mac OS X 10.4.11. I appreciate your product and your excellent tech service. Thank you!!

I know I'll like my all in one but I've not had an opportunity to use it yet. I'm actually trying to set up the remote printing that appears to be great but the email and password request is confusing, meaning I have to do too much to figure out what the request is. I'm not sure if it is my personal email or an email that Epson will supply!

Setup using ethernet cables would be much easier if instructions were clearer. I am using ethernet cable to connect network in my home. Printer could not be found several times. Prompt said to disable the wireless connection, took some time to find out how to disable the wireless. It would be nice if instructions made it clear that the wireless had to be disable before trying to use cable. Also instructions should be given on how to disable the wireless.
