very nice printer. has exelent resolution. works great. software is easy to use, wirless is easy to set up and use. only drawback i have seen is ink. its expencive, i wish the colored cartries were sold individually as i keep running out of red and have to buy all of them to get red but it's a good printer. i had a 6 color cartrige printer. that was horible to buy cartriges for but theay came individually too. wish u could just buy red for this one...

Best printer I have ever owned. I copied a birth certificate and had to check the seal to identify the original. Beautiful color.

I've worked on this for about 6 hours now, and still can't get the WorkForce 545 to be recognized by my HP Laptop with ICore i5 processor, running Windows Premium Home Edition. My attempts to find out how to contact Epson for advice have not uncovered a phone number for customer service.
So I'm really frustrated with my copier, that was supposed to be an four-in-one printer, copier,fax, scanner. And I'm in a job search, so spending more money to buy someone else's product is not a good option. Grrrrrr!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could not register or connect to this printer from Windows 8. Epson instructions to download driver was not clear. Horrible!

The 545 printer does most thing well, I was very disappointed that I was unable to print
3 x 5 card. If I would have know, I would not have purchased this printer
