We run a business and this is the greatest printer and fax machine I have ever used. I love the Wi-Fi connection and would recommend this product to anyone. Thanks for making a wonderful product that is so easy to use.

Great All-in-one

I have had multiple printers during the past years but this one not only does everything but does everything so very well!
I use my computer daily. I live in a small, rural, high mtn valley so I communicate and shop online.

I have to print loan docs and they can be from 80 to 120 pages. The printer is fast and efficient. That is what is required. I am very satisfied.

We had to return the 545 thru your replacement process two times due to hardware problems. We now have the third one and it seems to be working fine. The replacements came within 0ne to two days by Fed ex which we considered great service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice small office printer

We use this printer in a small office. The wireless setup was easy and the printer responds wonderfully. It scans well too. It's a pleasure to use and the print quality is good.

Label printing & other card stock

When printing Avery labels the paper does not feed as it should, the addresses do not line up with the label position. With greeting card stock it will not feed properly so the printing appears erratic in the position that it is programmed for. Envelope printing is also a problem. Customer support advised that the printer was not designed to handle paper thicker than the standard weight paper. Of all the previous printers that I have used over the years this was never a problem. Very disappointed
