A Nice Workhorse

The printer has been very reliable. I've used it to print photos and produce copies. The functions I've used most often are Scan and Print. In my work as an Realtor, I can work from home and produce quite a lot of memos and house listings. The high capacity ink cartridges last reasonably long. The online tutorials are helpful and easy to follow. The covered paper tray is a nice feature.
I've been using the printer as a wireless connection to my computer and it worked well from the start.

Mixed feelings

On the surface I really like the printer when it prints it prints with excellent quality, however, it does stutter lose network connection quite often and when printing from an iPhone or iPad it takes forever to actually print something out
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding Product

For my use, this has been a very economical product. The ability to replace each of the ink cartridges individually has been a real plus. Once I learned how to set it up for wireless use, I enjoyed using it even more. The only drawback and I am sure there is an easy solution is if I need more than 1 copy of a "Word" document if I put the number in the window I only get 1 copy and have to reenter the info to get the number I need.

Very good, not perfect

I have had no problems since buying my printer more than 6 months ago until just recently. When I first got the printer, I had it hooked into a computer that I no longer have. When I went to re-set up the printer to work with the new computer, I have had difficulties in getting the two machines to talk to one another for purposes of scanning or faxing through the computer. Otherwise, it prints great, I've had no hardware issues at all, and have been very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful printer!

Love this printer. Clear, crisp copies. Wireless hook up is a snap. Just plug in the USB cable, and you are done in less than a minute. Easy to use, easy to understand controls which are on the front of the printer, and easy to see. Sorry, can't comment on the photo part as I havent used it yet. But, if all this printer did was print, it is a great bargain, only it does so much more. Print, scan, copy, large paper holder, the whole works. It is, indeed, a work force. Ink is a little dear, so it depends on how much you use it, altho the ink cartridges last a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Choice!

I wanted a better multi-function color printer & this was a good choice. I like that it has a flat bed scanner making it easier to scan small documents vs. feeding them. The only improvement would be an easier way to print double-sided vs. having to re-feed.
