Great little machine

I love mine. I was able to get it set up & working via WiFi by myself & I'm not computer or tech savvy at all. I haven't tried printing photos yet. I did not give it 5 stars because I've been unable to get it set up to send a fax. I am able to get it to receive a fax but have to unplug it from the phone when I'm not expecting to receive one because as long as its plugged in I am not able to receive phone calls. So that part of the set up was not clear enough for me to get it right

What can I say......typical printer when it comes to the first ink cartridge......it drains it to fill the well. After that it's fantastic! I recommend buying a set of replacement ink the same day you buy the printer and enjoy! Very fast prints and very detailed printing....photo print is far better then the competition and I've owned them all!

I went to the Epson website to search for an all-in-one that included a feeder since I often need to scan lengthy documents with lots of pages. I wanted something economical, and found the WorkForce 545. The description told me that it could hold a ream of paper in the paper tray, which impressed me, and that the paper fed from the front, so nothing bulky behind it would prevent me from placing it on the table against a wall. I imagined the quality might not be so great, since it was hard for me to imagine that I would get a wireless scanner, with a high-volume top feeder, and large paper tray, plus use it as a copier and printer, and it also had separate ink cartridges for each color, to save on future ink usage, all for such a reasonable price. I took a chance, and ordered it, and have used it for several months now, and I totally love this product! Many years ago my photographer dad recommended Epson printers to me, and although I have tried other brands, I have had 4 Epson printers of various types for different purposes (giclee printing, etc), and have never, ever regretted getting an Epson. And no, Epson did not ask me to say nice things about their stuff. This is a totally honest evaluation, and I felt you all should know what a great deal this WorkForce 545 was. Go for it!

This unit is wonderful has all the features one could want and for a very reasonable price as well. Check it out for yourself you will be very happy you did.my favored feature is the AirPrint feature print straight from my iPad .

Epson 545 all-in-one Printer

Pros: all around great printer, fast copies, and scans. Super quiet as well. many features as well as ease of use.
Cons: color prints could be a little more vivid, and ink refills alot cheaper.
